United States: USPS standard rates or free shipping over $75, 2-5 working days + 1 day processing time
United Kingdom: Cost is calculated at the time of checkout, 5-10 working days + 1 day processing time
European Union: Cost is calculated at the time of checkout, 5-15 working days + 1 day processing time
Rest of the World: Cost is calculated at the time of checkout, 5-15 working days + 1 day processing time
Customs & Import Fees: Some countries charge customs and import fees. The buyer is responsible for all import & customs fees and taxes, and The Space Collective bears no responsibility to cover any such fees in any event.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day no-quibble refund policy on our products unless otherwise stated on the product page (i.e., socks due to hygiene purposes). The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
We cannot process a refund if:
- An order is lost/stolen in transit back to us. You would have to file a claim with the shipping provider. We always recommend returning items via a recorded method to avoid such eventualities.
- A product has been used, damaged, or worn. Products can only be returned in the condition in which they were sent.
