This Gemini 12 Pin is 1 inch in diameter and was produced by the official NASA patch manufacturer, AB Emblem. Gemini 12 was the tenth and final mission under the Gemini Program, and launched on November 11, 1966. Command Pilot Jim Lovell and Pilot Buzz Aldrin orbited the Earth 59 times over the course of 3 days and 22 hours in their Gemini spacecraft. Buzz Aldrin was responsible for a fix in the spacesuit visor which caused it to fog up, the fix was then tested during an EVA by Buzz and marked the completion of the Gemini Program, thus making the way for Apollo.
