This cover has been hand signed by Apollo 14 Astronaut Edgar Mitchell. The cover itself bears a retro rocket space stamp, and is stamped with a first day of issue. Also postmarked ''Huntsville, AL / Jan 25 1993''. Apollo 14 was Mitchell's first and only spaceflight. He and Commander Pete Conrad spent a total of 9 hours and 23 minutes performing EVA's at the Fra Mauro Highlands region on the lunar surface.
