SpaceX Flown Pins & Patches
These NASA 60th Anniversary Pins & Patches will be launched into space on the SpaceX Falcon 9 CRS-14 Flight which is destined for the International Space Station. The flight is is scheduled to launch in November/December this year.
Once launched into space, the SpaceX Dragon Capsule carrying these pins & patches will take 2-3 days to rendezvous with the Space Station. Once docked they will be transferred to the MISSE-Flight Facility using the ISS robotic arm, where they will remain for a 6 month flight in orbit around the Earth. After travelling over 75 million miles during its flight aboard the ISS (4.8 miles per second x 6 months) the pins and patches will return to Earth via SpaceX Dragon Capsule, where they will then be delivered to you as a unique collectable and a piece of space history.
