This Project Gemini Cover has been hand signed by Astronaut Tom Stafford, and is postmarked Cape Canaveral, FL. Jun 3, 1966. Gemini 6A was Stafford's first ever spaceflight, and he would go on to fly Gemini 9A, Apollo 10 and even the Apollo-Soyuz Test Project. Stafford, a veteran astronaut, made a total of six rendezvous in space and logged an incredible 507 hours of space flight time. He was Commander of Apollo 10, the mission which set the bar for the first manned lunar landing.
